Sojourn RV Service was founded by Andy McIntyre, an Advanced Certified RV Technician with nearly two decades of experience in engineering, manufacturing excellence, and industrial automation.
Before launching Sojourn RV Service, Andy spent years designing and building custom automated industrial machinery used in high-precision manufacturing environments. This work required a deep understanding of electrical systems, mechanical systems, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and system integration—the same skills that translate directly into solving complex RV system problems in the field.
That background means every repair is approached with a methodical, engineering-driven diagnostic process, ensuring problems are identified correctly and fixed properly the first time.
Andy later completed advanced technician training through the National RV Training Academy, earning certification as an Advanced RV Service Technician, along with additional specialty training including RV generator service and now Aqua-Hot Factory Certification.

Sojourn RV Service follows the RV lifestyle by operating seasonally in two of the country’s most popular RV destinations.
From May through October, we provide mobile RV service throughout Traverse City and Northern Michigan.
From December through April, service is available in Mesa, Apache Junction, and the East Phoenix Valley.
